I have written a number of articles and received a number of new connection requests from ServiceNow professionals so I thought it would be prudent to introduce myself and what I do/can offer should you need me.
This may seem to some, a little excessive, but I want to gain a level of knowledge that allows me to ask both clients and candidates the right questions in order to find people that have the right skills for the specific projects that they are recruiting for. I now understand how many modules there are in ServiceNow, what technologies are used to develop them and explain why I am passionate in candidates’ technical capabilities in order to secure interviews for people who may not have gained one based on their CV.
I now work with most of the ServiceNow partners as well as numerous customers and have helped some of them transform their recruitment processes in order to secure the best people due to my knowledge of the industry and the people in it. I like to find out what makes the companies I recruit for a great place to work and pride myself on only working with companies that I am passionate will provide a stable working environment for the candidates I work with. I am someone who is equally passionate about both clients and candidates and therefore endeavour to provide a great service to both.
