Having managed teams and set up business areas for larger corporates I took the leap into setting up Arden Resourcing both for the challenge and for the chance to offer a more customer focused problem solving approach to looking at the problem of talent.
My recruitment career started with focus in software development with Java and C++ but I have since had experience within Investment Banking, Executive Search, Business Intelligence and now have a focus within the Data Management space.
I build strong long term relationships with clients and offer honest and practical value to the recruitment process both on contract and permanent assignments.
I have established myself as a specialist in my field by learning about the industry and where its heading which enables me to ask the right questions and ensure that I can match your skills to the best company for you.
Outside of work I am a bit of a jock! I like to play football, badminton, cricket and tennis. I support Liverpool (unfortunately) and also like to watch movies in my spare time.
With around 5 years’ recruitment experience, I am enjoying the challenge of working closely with the ServiceNow sector utilizing my skills and experience.
I have built lasting relationships with both ServiceNow partners and end users sourcing talent on both a permanent and contract basis.
Outside of work I am a keen runner, having run two marathons and I also regularly practice yoga.
