Informatica are an international specialist software company who lead the way in Data Management and integration solutions. They have a global presence and a client list that includes a large proportion of the FTSE100 and Fortune500 global companies.

The Recruitment Problems

As a global business they are growing and hire specialists in a number of areas both technically and throughout the broader business.  They have a highly competent and thorough internal recruitment team however they were struggling to find niche skills whilst dealing with a wide range of roles. We worked with the professional services section of the business within the specialist and highly niche field of Master Data Management where they were struggling to find both the technical skills and the individual attributes to cope with the mobile and client facing elements of a professional services role throughout Europe.

Our Solution

Master Data Management is an area where we have specialist market knowledge having worked with a number of clients on recruiting into these role.  This has enabled us to build relationships with a network of individuals throughout Europe.  This network of individuals who are not necessarily active candidates but more open to options, coupled with our ability to act as a third party, allowed us to open up a larger stream of available specialists.

The Result

Over the course of the last few years we have been effective in assisting the growth of the UK and European teams placing 10 people within Informatica including some contract resource to assist on a small projects.
