ServiceNow Technical Consultant.

Belgium based – Dutch speaker.

I am recruiting on behalf of a Belgium based ServiceNow partner who are looking to build their ServiceNow team on the back of a period of continued success. The technical Consultant must be able to speak Dutch. 

To also be successful in this role we are looking for:

• Working experience with ITSM processes and tools
• Experience of ServiceNow, ideally of implementations.
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript).
• ITIL Knowledge
• Ability to work remotely and with remote resources as needed.
• Alongside ITSM, CSM or SPM would be advantageous.

The role will see you:

• Involved in full project lifecycles, from Pre-sales to go live.
• Tasked with helping in the requirement gathering process to understand business needs and translate into technical requirements.
• Deliver high quality ServiceNow code and customisation with appropriate documentation and testing.
• Implement according to business/process requirements, based on good design principles, with evaluation of potential issues and possible solutions.
