ServiceNow Architect / Developer (ITSM)

Freelance / Remote working based in the USA.

ServiceNow Partner are looking for an experienced and customer focused ServiceNow ITSM specialist to assist in the first stage of a client project.

This will be working as part of a broader team and closely with the client to architect, develop and implement an out of the box ITSM ticketing system which

works within ITIL requirements with a minimum level of customisation for the end customers requirements.  You will need to have solid experience designing and developing ServiceNow solutions within ITSM as well as ideally ITOM and CMDB.  You will have a level of certification and although comfortable with designing the architecture of the solution will be happy to be heavily involved in the hands-on development of the solution. This will be a first stage solution and will lead to a range of further project opportunities based on successful delivery. You will also need solid communication skills with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly delivering thought process behind customisation decisions.

This is working with a US public sector organisation and will require someone with the ability to gain security clearance as well as being a US Citizen.

This is a freelance / contract role and the client are flexible on whether this is based on C2C / 1099 or W2.  The role is primarily remote with occasional (expensed) travel to client site.  The individual must be based within the USA.
