Sage 200 Support Consultant - Remote within the UK

Arden Resourcing is working with a well established and growing professional services organisation looking to add an experienced Sage 200 Support Consultant to its Systems and Technology team.

This is a varied role combining hands on Sage 200 support with implementations, upgrades and ongoing client consultancy. You will work directly with a portfolio of SME customers, helping them get the most from their Sage 200 environments while resolving technical and finance related issues.

The role

You will be responsible for:

• Providing day to day Sage 200 support to clients

• Diagnosing and resolving technical and financial process issues

• Managing support tickets through to resolution within agreed SLAs

• Delivering Sage 200 implementations and upgrades

• Supporting clients through testing, go live and ongoing system improvements

• Identifying opportunities for additional modules, integrations and consultancy

• Providing clear guidance and training to users

• Creating documentation and knowledge base content

• Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team

You will ideally have:

• Previous Sage 200 support or implementation experience

• Experience working within a Sage partner, consultancy or similar client facing environment

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes

• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills

• Confidence communicating with clients and translating technical issues into straightforward solutions

• Experience managing multiple support cases and client priorities

• An interest in keeping up to date with Sage 200 releases, modules and integrations
