Customer Success Manager (ERP / Cloud Solutions) – Fleet / Hybrid

Leading software solutions business within the Sage ERP and SaaS space are looking for an experienced customer success manager to join their sales and marketing function. The role is to drive customer adoption, retention and satisfaction by clearly understanding their business needs, providing expertise and ensuring they gain full value from the products and services they take. You will become the clients advocate and trusted advisor through communication, problem solving and working in partnership. The role will involve working closely with clients to take them through onboarding and implementation working with them to optimise and gain full benefit of the solutions they have in place as well as identify opportunities to expand services within customers. You will have a proven track record within a customer success, account management or related role within a software or technology environment. You will have a strong understanding of ERP systems and associated business processes preferably with experience of Sage X3 and Intacct or similar ERP systems. You will have excellent communication skills with a customer centric attitude. The role is hybrid with travel to client site.

They are looking at a salary around £45 – 50000 with an OTE up to £80000
