We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM / AIOps Technical Consultant to lead the implementation of a Phase 1 AIOps programme.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong experience across Event Management, Metric Intelligence and Health Log Analytics, alongside broader ITOM capabilities including Discovery, CMDB and Service Mapping.

The successful consultant must have recent, demonstrable experience installing, configuring, tuning and troubleshooting ServiceNow AIOps capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Phase 1 ServiceNow AIOps use cases.
• Configure and optimise:
• Event Management
• Metric Intelligence
• Health Log Analytics
• Event correlation
• Impact analysis
• CMDB
• Service Mapping
• Configure anomaly detection across infrastructure metrics including:
• CPU utilisation
• Memory utilisation
• Disk utilisation
• Configure and support automated remediation workflows using Flow Designer.
• Validate monitoring integrations and event sources.
• Configure service dependency and impact visibility.
• Support root cause analysis workflows.
• Reduce event noise through effective event correlation and AIOps configuration.
• Support testing, validation and demonstration of implemented AIOps use cases.
• Explain the technical and business benefits of ServiceNow AIOps capabilities to stakeholders.

Essential Experience:

• Strong ServiceNow ITOM background at Lead Technical Consultant level.
• Recent hands-on implementation experience with Metric Intelligence.
• Recent hands-on implementation experience with Health Log Analytics.
• Strong experience with Event Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Strong understanding of CMDB.
• Experience implementing and configuring Service Mapping.
• Experience with event correlation and impact analysis.
• Experience configuring anomaly detection and metric thresholds.
• Experience using Flow Designer for automated remediation.
• Strong understanding of monitoring integrations and event ingestion.
• Experience supporting root cause analysis and service dependency use cases.
• Able to clearly demonstrate the business value of AIOps implementations.

Key Requirement:

Candidates must be able to clearly demonstrate recent implementation experience across: Event Management, Metric Intelligence and Health Log Analytics.

Profiles without proven hands-on experience in the above will be unsuitable.

This is a remote opportunity, consultants from EMEA/APAC will be considered from most countries
