Sage X3 Finance Consultant – Remote UK Wide

£70,000-£80,000

Arden Resourcing is working with an established ERP and business software specialist looking to add an experienced Sage X3 Finance Consultant to its growing team. With a strong pipeline of new projects and continued investment in Sage Cloud, automation and AI-enabled solutions, this is an opportunity to take ownership of complex Sage X3 implementations and work closely with customers to improve their finance and business processes.

The Role

As a Sage X3 Finance Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration and ongoing optimisation of Sage X3 solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

·        Implementing and configuring Sage X3 Finance

·        Understanding customer finance and business processes and translating these into practical ERP solutions

·        Configuring and optimising modules across accounting, AP/AR, banking, payments, VAT/tax and financial reporting

·        Working with technical teams on integrations, customisations and enhancements

·        Supporting testing, data migration and go-live

·        Providing customer training, documentation and knowledge transfer

·        Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle

·        Providing post-go-live support and system optimisation

·        Helping improve implementation processes and best practices

Person Fit

·        Strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring Sage X3

·        Excellent functional knowledge of Sage X3 Finance

·        Good understanding of accounting processes, including AP/AR, banking, VAT/tax, month/year end and financial reporting

·        Experience delivering ERP implementation projects

·        Understanding of integrations, solution design and ERP best practice

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Confident working directly with customers and stakeholders

·        Experience delivering user training and supporting system adoption

·        Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities

·        Sage X3/ERP certifications or a background in Finance, Business or IT would be advantageous.
