I am recruiting on behalf of a leading ServiceNow partner who are looking to recruit for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join their team.

This role will require you to use your technical knowledge alongside your experience of stakeholder management to drive success across a multitude of modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC & SecOps project lifecycle.

You will be tasked with:

• Translating complex business requirements and leading the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, in line with customer needs and requirements.
• Supporting pre-sales activities including solution shaping, proposal development, and customer presentations.
• Guiding cross-functional teams across design, development, and deployment, ensuring architectural coherence.
• Provide technical leadership in proposal development and participate in orals, solution reviews, and customer roadmap discussions.
• Act as a resident architect for strategic accounts as needed, supporting long-term customer success.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

• Proven experience in a ServiceNow Architect role with experience in delivering TSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, SAM.
• Minimum of two current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications and Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• Certified ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) is desirable, Technical Architect (CTA) is mandatory.
• 8+ years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years of deep hands-on ServiceNow experience.
