My client, a global digital solutions company, is recruiting for a ServiceNow Lead Functional Consultant, for an initial 10-month period, which is likely to be extended. The role is fully remote and will be inside IR35. We are looking for previous ServiceNow experience, both project management skills, leading end-to-end project delivery and previous experience implementing and integrating ServiceNow, preferably CSM.

What you will be doing:

·        Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions including CSM and CMDB.

·        Involved in technical requirement gathering, translating into user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.

·        Providing ongoing support, guidance, and recommendations to maximize platform adoption and value.

·        Coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, to ensure successful project execution within scope and budget.
